Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document client health status via our mobile app
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
- Complete care plans and progress reports remotely through our secure portal
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals via telehealth platforms
- Transport clients to appointments as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Proficient with smartphone apps and digital documentation tools
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy
