Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in ICU/ER units at leading Milwaukee hospitals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals per protocols
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Assess patient needs and adjust care plans dynamically
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
- Participate in shift handovers and care conferences
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact state
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Pass background and drug screening
