Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize emergency cases using standardized triage protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate urgent care pathways
- Document electronic health records with 100% accuracy and HIPAA compliance
- Provide telehealth triage support to remote patients via our advanced digital platform
- Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Manage high-volume call centers during peak hours with exceptional efficiency
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Georgia with minimum 3 years ER/trauma experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Expertise in EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with telehealth triage protocols
- BSN degree or higher (MSN preferred)
