Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Manage medication reminders under supervision
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Massachusetts Home Health Aide Certification (HHA) required
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
