Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per care plans
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Document client progress and report health changes to supervisors
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments
- Offer emotional companionship and promote client independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for holistic support
Qualifications
- Active Colorado HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional home health experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Reliable transportation with adequate auto insurance
