Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals while adhering to dietary restrictions
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and document observations
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping duties
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in client condition to RN supervisor
- Maintain detailed care logs and update care plans as needed
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and infection control
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate demeanor and patience working with elderly/disabled clients
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
