Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health changes
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises
- Administer medications and treatments per care plan
- Perform light housekeeping and errands for patients
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate with clinical team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year home health or caregiving experience
- Current North Carolina HHA certification
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassion
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
