Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications and document vital signs

- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year home health aide experience preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- NJ Home Health Aide certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and compassion for elderly/disabled clients
