Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and document vital signs
- Light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Monitor health status and report changes to clinical supervisors
- Comply with all HIPAA and agency care protocols
Qualifications
- Nebraska state HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
