Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Administer medication reminders and document daily logs accurately.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and changing bed linens.
- Transport clients to medical appointments or social outings.
- Monitor client well-being and report any changes in condition to the nursing team immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Valid Georgia Driver's License and proof of insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely (up to 50 lbs).
- Background check and drug screening required.
