Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and document client progress in electronic health records
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Administer prescribed medications and provide basic wound care
- Implement customized care plans developed by registered nurses
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Oklahoma HHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to complete within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Proficiency in using care documentation apps and technology
