Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to care team
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying)
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Assist with prescribed exercise routines and mobility support
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Home Health Aide certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clean background check and TB test results
- Compassionate attitude with respect for client independence
- Basic computer skills for documentation
