Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs using provided equipment and document observations
- Assist with medication administration per care plan
- Prepare nutritious meals and light housekeeping duties
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company vehicle
- Implement client-specific care plans with provided medical equipment
- Maintain accurate health records using our digital platform
Qualifications
- Current California HHA certification or CNA license
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and TB screening
- Experience with medical equipment monitoring preferred
- Compassionate communication skills
- Ability to work independently in home settings
