Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments
- Monitor patient vitals and report changes to clinical staff
- Assist with mobility support and transfers using provided equipment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- Transport patients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
Qualifications
- Current Ohio Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check

- Reliable transportation to patient homes
