Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Transport patients to appointments using company-provided vehicle
- Maintain detailed patient care records
- Assist with mobility and exercises
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Compassionate patient-centered approach
- Clear background check and drug screening
