Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support using provided equipment
- Monitor client vitals and report changes to healthcare team
- Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping duties
- Transport clients to appointments using agency vehicles (provided)
- Implement personalized care plans with medical equipment (wheelchairs, lifts, etc.)
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance caregiving skills
Qualifications
- California HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (provided if needed)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs with provided equipment
- Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to assignments
- Background clearance and TB test required
