Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport patients to medical appointments and social outings using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain detailed care documentation and update care plans
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure safe living environments
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant (CNA) required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to patient homes
- Pass background check and drug screening
