Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Assist with mobility transfers using provided medical equipment
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Maintain detailed care documentation and patient records
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Transport patients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year home health aide experience required
- Active Georgia HHA certification and CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided patient lifts
- Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to patient homes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
