Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to patients including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare professionals
- Administer prescribed medications using provided equipment
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Transport patients to medical appointments using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate patient care documentation
- Support patients with therapeutic exercises using provided mobility aids
Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Home Health Aide certification
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper equipment
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
