Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers using provided equipment (lifts, walkers, wheelchairs)
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications and document vital signs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain safe home environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Comply with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate care records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health aide experience
- Current California HHA certification and CPR certification
- Ability to safely operate medical equipment (training provided)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Pass background check and TB screening
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans precisely
