Responsibilities
- Provide personalized home care assistance including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs using provided equipment
- Assist with mobility transfers and therapeutic exercises
- Document patient progress and report changes to clinical staff
- Maintain clean, safe home environments per infection control protocols
- Transport patients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicles
Qualifications
- Current Nevada Home Health Aide certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to safely use medical equipment (provided)
- Proficient in electronic documentation systems
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
