Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming) using provided equipment
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation for clients
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using specialized equipment
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical supervisor
- Transport clients to appointments using company vehicle
- Document care activities accurately in client records
- Maintain sterile environment for wound care procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- State-certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or willing to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper equipment assistance
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- Experience working with seniors or disabled adults preferred
