Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, mobility support)
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations accurately
- Assist with medication reminders and light meal preparation
- Operate provided medical equipment (oxygen monitors, lift systems, etc.)
- Maintain clean and safe client environments
- Communicate effectively with care teams and family members
Qualifications
- NYS Home Health Aide certification required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided assistive equipment
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid NYS driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
