Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health status using provided electronic devices
- Assist with mobility transfers using company-provided mobility aids and equipment
- Administer prescribed medications under RN supervision using supplied medication organizers
- Prepare nutritious meals following specialized dietary plans using provided kitchen equipment
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments
- Transport patients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicles
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma HHA certification or CNA license
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Ability to operate medical equipment (training provided)
- Strong communication skills and compassion for elderly/disabled clients
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to client locations
