Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned clinical settings
- Adapt quickly to new hospital protocols and electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to JCAHO standards
- Provide patient education and support to patients and families
- Participate in shift handoffs and unit quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (KY compact license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; TNCC/PALS preferred
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts in varied clinical environments
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and health screenings
- Travel nurse agency experience preferred but not required
