Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Document care plans and patient observations accurately
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and mobility support

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Louisiana Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in home healthcare or similar setting
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass thorough background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
