Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the nursing team immediately.
- Aid clients with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
