Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to care coordinators
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- Assist with medication reminders and follow care plans precisely
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Home Health Aide certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to perform care tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
