Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision and compassion
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with special dietary requirements
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings safely
- Document care plans and client progress using our electronic health record system
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for clients and family members
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma HHA certification or CNA license required
- Minimum 2 years professional home care or clinical experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
