Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes
- Provide medication reminders and light housekeeping
- Transport clients to appointments/errands
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate care records
Qualifications
- Current Oregon HHA/CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year home health experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Valid Oregon driver's license + insured vehicle
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
