Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a safe, clean living environment.
- Monitor and record vital signs and daily activities as directed by nursing staff.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their quality of life.
- Administer medication reminders and document care provided accurately.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus but not required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
