Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist clients with mobility, transferring, and walking using assistive devices.
- Monitor and report changes in client mood, health, or physical condition to supervisors.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
- Administer prescribed medication and track intake under supervision.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients.
Qualifications
- Valid California Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
