Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of mobility equipment
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Light housekeeping tasks and laundry services
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Maintain detailed care plans and progress notes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Current Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and care protocols
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
