Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and laundry
- Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Administer medication reminders and vital sign monitoring
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Document care activities and patient progress
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months home health or caregiver experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid CA driver's license and insured vehicle
- Pass background check and TB screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Compassionate patient-centered approach
