Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulationPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feedingAdminister prescribed medications accuratelyMonitor vital signs and document patient observationsPerform light housekeeping and laundry servicesTransport patients to medical appointmentsCommunicate care changes to clinical team
Qualifications
- Current Oregon HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
