Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Light housekeeping and medication reminders
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Document care activities accurately
- Offer emotional support to clients and families
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida HHA certification (or willing to obtain)
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Empathetic and patient-oriented personality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
