Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and general wards
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond rapidly to changes in condition
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
- Mentor new staff and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (compact license holders welcome)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Electronic health records proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
