Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in client health to the care team.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning to ensure a safe living environment.
- Provide medication reminders and transportation to medical appointments.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients to enhance their quality of life.
Qualifications
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Experience with elderly or disabled populations is a plus.
