Responsibilities
- Provide daily living assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Monitor patients' health and report changes to the nursing staff.
- Transport patients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Administer medication and follow care plans under supervision.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
