Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Assist with mobility transfers and light housekeeping
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Document patient progress and report concerns to clinical staff
- Transport clients to appointments as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
Qualifications
- Nebraska state HHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year home healthcare experience preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform patient transfers
- Empathetic approach to patient care
