Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.Assist with mobility and help clients move safely around their homes.Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor.Accompany clients to medical appointments and run errands as needed.Offer emotional support and companionship to improve the client's quality of life.
Qualifications
Current Texas Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certifications.Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.Pass a background check and drug screening.Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.Ability to work independently and adhere to strict privacy regulations (HIPAA).
