Responsibilities
- Provide daily living assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming to clients.
- Assist with mobility and light exercise routines to ensure patient safety.
- Monitor and report changes in patient health or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a safe environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation.
Qualifications
- Certificate or State License as a Home Health Aide or CNA (if applicable).
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
