Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and report changes in client health status or medication side effects.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping duties.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's well-being.
- Transport clients to medical appointments, shopping, or social activities.
- Document daily care activities and incident reports accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; CNA or HHA certification is a plus.
- Current, valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
