Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and walking using assistive devices.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition, mood, or behavior to supervisors.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social outings.
- Administer prescribed medications and document care records accurately.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
Qualifications
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Current active license or certification in the State of Arizona.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable work ethic.
