Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and light exercise.
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the nursing supervisor.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary restrictions.
- Document daily care activities and patient progress accurately.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift and assist patients.
