Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to specific dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve the client's quality of life.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and making beds.
- Administer medication reminders as directed by the supervising nurse.
- Transport clients to medical appointments or errands as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we value attitude and willingness to learn over experience.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
- Ability to lift and move patients (physical stamina required).
- Basic English language proficiency.
