Location: Louisville, KY
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
- Monitor and report any changes in a client's physical or mental condition to the supervisor.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their quality of life.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands.
- Administer medication reminders according to established protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CNA or HHA certification preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (we offer training if you don't have it).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
