Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor client health status.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to ensure a safe living environment.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in client behavior or physical condition to the supervising nurse.
Qualifications
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards the elderly and disabled population.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for client travel).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain a CNA or HHA certification (if not already held) during employment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
