Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and ensure dietary restrictions are met.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and changing bed linens.
  • Monitor the client's physical and emotional well-being and report any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor immediately.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, or social outings as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
