Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
- Monitor and record vital signs, medication schedules, and daily activities accurately.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Transport clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and community outings.
- Follow care plans strictly and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- No prior healthcare experience is necessary; we offer paid training.
- Must be patient, empathetic, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift, stand, and assist patients as needed.
